The Tour ‘Beautiful Kerala’ gives you a chance to see the Real India. During this tour of Beautiful Kerala you will visit few of the best destinations, Monuments, forts and Palaces and temples of India.
Day 01: Kochi: Board the train from your place of origin to Kochi – the cultural and commercial hub of Kerala. On arrival you will be received and transferred to your hotel. Remaining day free to relax in the hotel.
Day 02: Kochi: After breakfast move out for a sightseeing trip at Fort Kochi. Visit the Mattancherry palace, Jewish synagogue, Jew town, old spices markets and Chinese fishing nets.
Day 03: Munnar: Drive through rubber plantations and forested mountains and finally reach the high ranges of Munnar - the highest and the most beautiful tea growing region in the world. Visit a tea factory and tea gardens after some leisure.
Day 04: Munnar: Visit Eravikkulam National Park to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Rest of the day free to visit many beautiful spots around Munnar.
Day 05: Periyar: After a picturesque drive through jungles, waterfalls and spice plantations, reach Periyar National Park - One of the best jungles in India to see wild elephants. Day free to explore on own.
Day 06: Periyar: Visit the National Park on boat over Periyar lake where several wild animals congregate at different times.
Day 07: Kumarakom: Drive towards Kumarakom - an island with a beautiful bird-sanctuary and extremely serene atmosphere. On arrival check in at hotel.
Day 08: Kumarakom: Day free to relax and explore around. Try rejuvenating Ayurvedic massages and therapies. Also watch spectacular Kathakali dance performances.
Day 09: Alleppey: Drive further towards Alleppey - the central hub of backwater network. Stay in a traditional Kerala house opening right over the Vembanad Lake surrounded by banana plantations. Day free to relax with the option of a herbal oil massage. Also relish the wonderful Kerala cuisine in ethnic way.
Day 10: Alleppey: Day will be used to closely watch backwaters lifestyle. Suggested visit to a coir-making factory or watch the elephants bathing at elephant rearing center.
Day 11: Kovalam: Drive through green coastal belt and cashew plantations and reach Trivandrum. On arrival you will be transferred straight to a beach resort – Kadaloram. After checking in keep the remaining day at leisure.
Day 12: Kovalam: Daylong sightseeing trip of Thiruvananthapuram City. Back at hotel remaining day at leisure.
Day 13: Kovalam: Excursion to Kanya Kumari with visit to Padmanabhapuram Palace and Sucheendram temple.
Day 14: Kovalam: Day free to relax at the wonderful tropical beach, set out for fishing with local fishermen on traditional kattamaran or rejuvenate yourself with the much acclaimed Ayurveda treatment.
Day 15: Departure: Day at leisure till the time of checkout. At appropriate time you will be transferred to Railway Station for your onward journey (Tour Ends).
