The Tour ‘Desert Tour with Khajuraho’ gives you a chance to see the Real India. During this tour of Desert Tour with Khajuraho you will visit few of the best destinations, Monuments, forts and Palaces and temples of India.
Day 01: Delhi: Welcome to India! On arrival, you will be met by our representative & transferred to hotel where we will be holding the rooms on ready occupancy basis. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Bikaner: Reach to Bikaner-the camel city. On arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Further visit the well-preserved Junagarh fort. Later visit to the unique Camel Breeding Farm. Rest of the time completely free for leisure.
Day 03: Jaisalmer: In morning drive to Deshnok Temple (The Rate Temple). Later drive to Jaisalmer. On arrival check in to your hotel. Later drive to Sam (Sand Dunes). Here you will have a camel safari to see the beautiful views of the sunset. Rest of the time free to relax in the hotel.
Day 04: Jodhpur: After a leisurely breakfast move out for a sight seeing tour of various attractions of the town. Later drive to Jodhpur in your exclusive vehicle. On arrival check in. Evening free to walk in the colorful bazaars of the Jodhpur.
Day 05: Udaipur: In the morning move out to visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Later drive to Udaipur visiting the unparalleled Ranakpur temples (the temple here is the largest Jain temple in the world having 1444 carved pillars with no two pillars looking alike!) before finally checking in to Udaipur Hotel. On arrival, have some leisure in your hotel room. In the evening take a sightseeing tour of the breathtaking royal buildings around the Lake in boat tour.
Day 06: Udaipur: Take a full day sightseeing trip of the city which includes visit to the City Palace (note the trees growing at the top floor of the palace, which is actually the summit of the hill the palace is covering!), Saheliyon ki bari and excursion to temples of Nagada and Eklingji. In the evening you may visit the Shilpgram or can explore the interesting labyrinths around Jagdish temple at your discretion.
Day 07: Jaipur: In the morning drive to Jaipur in your exclusive vehicle. On your arrival to the charming Pink City of India check in at your hotel. Time free for leisure. In the evening take a walking tour of the colorful streets and bazaars of Jaipur City. The beauty of Jaipur is that its unique architecture and town planning is visible at even the most commonest places such as its squares and lanes.
Day 08: Jaipur: Take a full day long sightseeing tour of Jaipur city that includes the City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, Hawa Mahal, Birla temple, Albert hall and excursion to the old capital Amber. Here at Amber, you’ll ascend till the gates of majestic fort on elephant back. The fort displays a beautiful mix of Mughal and Rajput styles of architecture. Optional trip to ethnic village resort where you may enjoy
traditional Rajasthani dinner.
Day 09: Agra: Early morning drive to Agra in your exclusive vehicle. Visit the well-preserved capital of Akbar- Fatehpur Sikri on the way. At Agra visit the incomparable Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
Day 10: Khajuraho: Reach to Jhansi by train. Later you will be transferred to Khajuraho. Later have a guided tour of western group of temples.
Day 11: Varanasi: Morning tour to Eastern group of outstanding temples. Board the flight for Varanasi. At Varanasi take a walking tour of a few Ghats and narrow backlanes to feel the pulse of this most sacred city of India.
Day 12: Varanasi: Early morning boat ride on river Ganges to witness holy rituals on Ghats. A very spiritual experience! Day tour to Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Leter in the night board the train for New Delhi. Over nigh in the train.
Day 13: New Delhi: on arrival at New Delhi check in to your hotel. At appropriate time you will be transferred to the international airport to board the flight back to home. (The Tour Ends).
